1. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 60-day return policy, giving you a full two months to experience the ColaBox L2 Plus in your home.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be returned in its original condition, including the device, remote control, HDMI cable, power adapter, and original packaging.

Items returned with significant signs of wear or missing original accessories may be subject to a restocking fee.
2. 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty
Your ColaBox device is protected by a 1-Year Hardware Warranty from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered: Manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions (e.g., power issues, port failures, internal hardware errors).

Technical Support: If you encounter any issues, our team will first provide remote troubleshooting. If the hardware is confirmed defective, we will arrange for a repair or a brand-new replacement at no cost to you.

What’s Not Covered: Damage caused by accidents (drops/spills), unauthorized hardware modifications, software tampering (rooting), or natural disasters.
3. How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim
To initiate a request, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team at support@colaboxtech.com with your Order Number and a brief description of the situation.

For warranty claims, please include a photo or short video of the issue to help our technicians diagnose it faster.

Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the appropriate shipping instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Defective/Warranty Items: If the product is defective or arrived damaged, ColaBox covers 100% of the return shipping costs.

Personal Preference: For "change of mind" returns within the 60-day window, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Initial shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are processed immediately to your original payment method.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
