1. Free Standard Shipping (US Only)
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. No minimum purchase is required to qualify for free shipping.
2. Shipment Processing Time (Handling Time)

1-Day Handling: All orders are processed within 1 business day.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed the same day.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
To provide you with the best value, we partner with multiple reliable carriers (including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL) to select the most efficient shipping route for your specific location.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

5. Shipping Addresses
We ship to addresses within the United States, not including Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Damages & Lost Packages
ColaBox is responsible for your order until it is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@colaboxtech.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product.

If your package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
