  • 60-Day Return: Product returns are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COMPLIANCE

  • Software Usage: The device runs on Android 14. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of third-party applications and streaming content complies with local copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • No Tampering: Any unauthorized modification of the device's firmware ("rooting") or hardware will void the 1-Year Warranty and may terminate your access to our support services.

5. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We offer Free Standard Shipping within the United States. While we aim for timely delivery (typically 5-7 business days), we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or natural disasters.
